Support
Email support@hirewyatt.com and a person will answer, usually the same working day. If it is one of the things below, the answer is here and you do not have to wait for us.
Wyatt is sending fewer than the number I set
The number you set is the number Wyatt uses, with one exception: we clamp it down to the platform’s own daily limit and never above it. LinkedIn allows 20 connection requests a day, so asking for 50 gets you 20 — the slider shows you the real ceiling when you pick.
Nothing else scales it down. If the number you set is under the platform limit and Wyatt is still doing fewer, one of the ceilings below is what you met.
It stopped and said I hit a limit
There are three ceilings, and the message tells you which one you met:
- Your daily number. Resets 24 hours after the send that filled it.
- The platform’s own cap, daily and weekly, which we will not go over whatever you set. This one is not ours to raise.
- Pending invitations. LinkedIn counts every connection request that has not been answered, and they accumulate for months. This one cannot be waited out — withdraw the old ones from your sent-invitations page and Wyatt starts again.
Wyatt also only acts during working hours in your own timezone. A run started in the evening will queue and go out the next morning rather than at 2am, because activity at 2am is exactly what gets accounts flagged.
The run finished and found nobody
Usually the brief. “Founders in tech” matches most of the network and gives Wyatt nothing to reject on; “founders of seed-stage B2B SaaS companies who have written about hiring their first sales rep” gives it something to judge. Say what would make you want to talk to the person.
If a specific brief has worked before and has suddenly stopped, tell us — the networks change their pages without warning, and that is our problem to fix rather than yours to work around. Include the brief and which network.
The panel will not open
Wyatt lives in Chrome’s side panel, opened from the toolbar icon. Chrome hides new extensions behind the puzzle-piece icon next to the address bar — click that, find Wyatt, and click the pin so it stays out. Chrome cannot open the panel for you: it requires a click from you, which is why there is no way for us to do it from the page.
It closed in the middle of a run
Nothing is lost. Reopen the panel from the toolbar and the run picks up where it stopped, with the people already found still there.
Billing
Wyatt is $1 an hour and the clock only runs while it is working. The first hour every week is free and does not roll over. When your hours run out Wyatt stops and tells you; it does not charge you unless you turned on automatic top-up, which is off by default.
Manage your card, your top-up setting, and your hours on the billing page. If you were charged for something Wyatt did not do, email us and we will refund it.
Deleting your account or your data
Email us and we will delete your account, your sessions, your ledger and your run history. You can also ask us to delete the record we hold for one particular person, whether or not that person is you — send the profile URL. What the extension keeps on your own machine goes when you remove the extension or clear its data in Chrome. See the privacy policy for what is held and for how long.
Reporting something else
Email support@hirewyatt.com. What helps most: which network, what you asked for, and what happened instead. If Wyatt showed an error, the text of it. We would rather have a short email today than a detailed one next week.
